ADAM DEAVER
OWNER, TRAINER
I’ve dedicated my life to helping others build meaningful, productive partnerships with their dogs and K9 partners. After serving in the United States Marine Corps, I began my journey as a professional dog trainer, gaining diverse experience through apprenticeships across Colorado, Portland, Oregon, and Salt Lake City, Utah. In November 2021, I completed the NePoPo® Silver School, and in April 2022, I graduated from the NePoPo® Gold School.
My mission is to empower dog owners and handlers by showing them the transformative effects of structured, effective training. I work alongside my dedicated team and my own dogs—Maverick, Grimm, and Walker—to bring out the best in every dog and owner we train.
MITCH KIBEL
TRAINER
Mitch has 3 passions that are his whole life and love: his family, dogs, and teaching.
His love for teaching is rooted in 15 years of professional ballroom and Latin dancing and instruction. During that time he was consistently in the top 10% of dance instructors in the U.S. with his students. In his professional dancing he had multiple podium finishes around the world throughout his career and won a world championship in 2010 in Germany.
Dogs have always been a big part of Mitch’s life but he started working more seriously with dogs when he began training his first service dog Clark in 2014.
The psychology of learning and behavior has been an interest for Mitch since he majored in psychology at CSU. He enjoys not only the training and coaching of dogs and people, but the physical and mental health that dogs and the relationships we build with them give to us. He believes that in order to train and build a better bond with our dogs, we must first look at ourselves.
Mitch is happy to be part of the MOC team and works alongside his K9 partner and service dog Abari.
WHAT WE DO
We are Balanced / Science Based Trainers. We use proven science and phycology like Classical Conditioning (Pavlov) which is learning through associations and we use Operant Conditioning (B.F Skinner) which is learning through consequences both good or bad. We believe dog training is about balance and that balance is there to create clarity for the dog, owners, and families.
